Born Immel Delcasse Botha in Benoni (24/11/1931), he was the younger brother of Pierre D. Botha (1927-2005), and produced only one film. Entitled The Desert Inn (1959) and directed by the Austrian filmmaker Walter Klapper, it deals with a fugitive who arrives at a hotel in the desert with a large sum of money.
