(“Dog’s idea/thought”) See Hond se Gedagte by Feydeau in Plays 2. English translation known as A Flea in her Ear.

Hond se Gedagte, the Afrikaans translation by Nerina Ferreira of the Georges Feydeau (1862-1921) farce was produced at the Nico Malan Theatre to alternate with Koning Lear for the opening of the theatre in 1970. Directed by Dieter Reible, stage manager Mavis Lilenstein.

PACT, 1981, State Theatre.

Performed by CAPAB in 1989 with Cobus Rossouw, Jannie Gildenhuys, Antoinette Kellermann, Marthinus Basson, Neels Coetzee and Mark Hoeben.
