Hilda van Lill (19**-) is a South African actress and researcher.
In 2003 she completed a BDram degree at the University of Stellenbosch, followed by an B.Dram degree in acting in 2004. In 2009 she completed a M.Dram thesis on the filmmaker Mira Nair.
In 2006, during her studies, she was a part-time researcher in the Centre for Theatre and Performance Studies at the University of Stellenbosch, and co-wrote an article on performances of Ibsen in South Africa (with Temple Hauptfleisch), and article later reworked for an international book on Ibsen.
She made her professional debut at the KKNK festival in 2005, and afterwards work as a purchaser in the retail sector, while continuing her career as freelance actress.
