Published in Drie Dramas by Nasionale Pers in 1947.


Translations and adaptations

South African performances

1948: First performed in May by the University of Cape Town’s Speech and Drama Department and K.A.T. at the Little Theatre, directed by Leonie Pienaar.

1959: Performed by National Theatre Organisation, it was the opening production in the Bloemfontein Civic Theatre.
