Guten Morgen, Herr Fischer! (lit. "Good morning mr Fischer") is a German one act musical comedy by W. Friedrich (fl. 1850s), with music by Eduard Stiegmann (1810-1880)[1].

Translated into Dutch as Goede Morgen Mijnheer Visser! by Marinus J. Gillissen. and published in Zutphen by Schillemans & Van Belkum.

Performance history in South Africa

1897: Produced in Dutch as Goede Morgen Mijnheer Visser (author not named) by Door Ijver bloeit de Kunst in the Good Hope Hall on 31 August, with Adelaide van Beyeren (Tréogate) and a song sung in honour of Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands on her birthday (the song written by Melt Brink).
