Getrouwheid, of De St. Bartholemeusnacht van het Jaar 1572 ("loyalty, or the night of St., Bartholomew in the year 1572") is a Dutch drama in 5 acts by Jan de Jager ()[].

The original text

Written in Zaandijk in the second half of the 19th century for use by amateurs, it is also referred to as a dramatic tableau ("dramatisch tafereel").

1872: Performed in Dutch as Getrouwheid by Aurora II in the hall of the Germania Hall, Cape Town on 2 July, with Schout Papegaai (Anon.).

1881: Performed in Dutch as Getrouwheid by Aurora II in the hall of the Germania Hall, Cape Town on 6 July, with Flik en Flok (Metz).
