Female Orgasm Escapes from the Zoo by Italian actor-playwright, comedian, singer, theatre director, stage designer, songwriter and political campaigner, and recipient of the 1997 Nobel Prize in Literature, Dario Fo (born 1926) and his wife, the Italian theatre actress, playwright and political activist Franca Rame (1929-2013). Dark and grotesque, this one-woman show attacks the domestic violence crisis in South Africa with one of the most lethal weapons known to humankind: laughter.
