Erika Terblanche (1950/1?-) is a librarian and biographer.


Born and raised in Heidelberg in the Cape, she matriculated in 1968 and then studied at the University of Stellenbosch, obtaining a BA in History and French, and a Higher Diploma in Library Science from the University of Stellenbosch.

She began work as a librarian for the Cape Provincial Library Services, and after a number of years raising her children, she joined the staff of the Nasionale Afrikaanse Letterkundige Museum en Navorsingsentrum Afrikaanse in Bloemfontein in 1997. In 2007 she resigned, and to spend a year in the Afrikaans Department at the University of the Free State. With the retirement of her husband Harold, the family then moved to Durbanville in 2009, where they now live.

She is a archivist and writer with [Litnet]] and is a part-time worker at the Afrikaanse Taalmuseum in Paarl.
