1980: Presented by CAPAB in a double bill with Donkerwerk is Konkelwerk opening 27 February 1980, starring Neville Thomas, David van der Merwe, Paul Slabolepszy, Johan Malherbe, Brümilda van Rensburg, Grethe Fox, Christo Potgieter, Marga van Rooy and Neels Coetzee. Directed by Robert Mohr, decor and costumes by Bruno Santini, lighting by Leon Benzakein. The play opened at the Nico Malan Theatre and moved to the H.B. Thom Theatre before it was taken on tour.
