Educating Rita is a stage comedy by British playwright Willy Russell.

Performance history in South Africa

1993: Presented by KADS [Kloof Amateur Dramatic Society?] at the Sneddon Theatre from 17 to 26 June 1993.

2003: Presented by KickstArt in association with Presto Theatre International at the KwaSuka Theatre, directed by Murray McGibbon, from 25 July 2003.

2004: A production of the play was directed by Alan Swerdlow, starring Michael Richard and Beverley Gooden-Charpentier.

2009: Anthea Thompson, David Dennis, Big Leaf Productions, Klak Bay Theatre, directed by Paul Griffiths.

Theatre programme for The Kultcha Klub production of Educating Rita, directed by Megan Willson featuring Denise Stock and David Clatworthy, staged at The Nunnery. Date unknown.
