(1905-1930) Playwright. ** Author of the hugely popular farce Die Drie Van Der Walts ("The Three Van Der Walts" - 193*), SCHLENGEMANN, ***. His Die Drie van der Walts starring Don Lamprecht, Wilna Snyman and Errol Ross was directed by François Swart for PACT in 1979.
