Drie Engeltjies op Duiwelseiland ("Three Little Angels on Devil's Island") by Sam and Bella Swepach. A farce about three escaped convicts. Hugely popular in the Afrikaans translation by Mariechen Naudé, it was done by many amateur and professioal companies. In 196* PACOFS did a production of it featuring Deon Joubert, Schalk Jacobs?* and Johan Botha?*. Directed by ***.  In 1974 Johan Botha directed it for SWAPAC, the first play to be produced by that arts council entirely on its own.
