Dr Fitzgerald (17**-18*) was a Cape Town physician (possibly attached to the garrison) and an amateur actor.

His contribution to South African theatre

Member of the Garrison Amateur Company (see also Garrison Theatre), who appeared as "Henrick" in The Heir at Law (16 August, 1826).
