A Troupe Theatre Company production was staged with Candaules Commissioner in The Gym at The Space (Cape Town) in 1978. Directed by Richard Grant and Michael O'Brien. The cast was made up of Fred Abrahamse, Chris Brand, Richard Carter, Terry Norton, Michael Nott, Fiona Ramsay and Jennie Reznek. Lighting and sound by Tony Papacostas and piano music by Richard Grant. The stage management by Liz Fellows-Smith. ****
