Die Twee Lampe ("the two lamps") is an Afrikaans play in three acts by Uys Krige.

First published in 1951. Translated into English as The Two Lamps by Krige himself, and staged by ** in Cape Town in 1962 and in 1963 received one of two Rosamund Gilder Awards for plays from the African Continent. Published (with The Big Shots) in The Two Lamps by HAUM, 1964. Human & Rousseau, 1965.

Note based on an entry in the NELM catalogue with reference to The Two Lamps: This version is completely rewritten, not a direct translation from the original Afrikaans; Based on a short story, Die Vader, by Uys Krige's mother, Sannie Uys.
