Die Kind is a one-act play by Adriaan Meyer ().

The original text

Probably written as part of a playwriting course in the Drama Department at Stellenbosch University, the play is described as "'n Ruime verwerking van P.G. du Plessis se verhale Plot en Om te speel jy speel " (a free adaptation of P.G. du Plessis's tales Smallholding and To play that you are playing").

The text is upublished. A copy of the typed text held in the Drama Department archive, University of Stellenbosch.
