An English version of Leon's play, an operetta in three acts called ''[[The Girl in the Train]]'', was written by Harry B. Smith (1860-1936), with music by Leo Fall, and was first produced at the newly opened Globe Theatre, New York, from 10th March to 11th May 1910.
