Biography

She was born in Johannesburg to British parents. Growing up she loved physical pursuits, such as swimming and gymnastics, and was passionate about animals. She was also an avid reader; devouring anything and everything from modern novels to Shakespeare.

Diana has performed in The Tempest, Death of a Salesman (PACT as Jenny, 1975), Conspiracy (PACT 1976, as 2nd reporter), Veronica's Room at Durban's New Lyric Theatre, Grease (1977) and in The Killing of Sister George (Baxter Theatre 1979).

In the UK she appeared in two plays with South African connections, the British premiere of the Pieter-Dirk Uys play Panorama and Bitter Milk by David Clough[1] and Alton Kumalo, 1983.

On televison she played "Wendy McRae" in The Villagers and "Lucy" (?) in The Settlers (SABC TV miniseries).
