Di Goldgreber, a Yiddish comedy in four acts by Sholem Aleichem [1] (1859-1916), the Yiddish author and playwright. The setting is in a Polish village with its salty and hilarious folk struggling to make ends meet.

Performed in the Standard Theatre, Johannesburg in 1946. Produced by F. Zygielbaum, starring I. Zygielbaum, M. Katz, décor by Rene Shapshak.
