The Deuriemikke Karnaval (approx. "through the branches carnival") is an annual event sponsored by the Jacaranda 94.2 radio station.

Primarily a pop music festival, featuring leading South African artists, it takes place at some time during spring (i.e. August to October) at venues like the University of Pretoria’s LC De Villiers Sports Grounds (from its inception till 2009) and SuperSport Park in Centurion, Gauteng (since 2010). Conceived as a festive day for the family with food and other stalls as well as music.
