(Des) (19**-) Durban producer.**** In 1961 appointed Administrative Director of the Lyric Theatre in Durban, where he presented numerous productions, including such major musicals as The King and I, The Sound of Music and The Wizard of Oz. He staged his production of The King and I at the Empire Theatre in August 1963.
