Apparently published round about 1800, for it is listed by the Wed. J. Dóll, Amsterdam, in De vrouw in drie gedaanten (1806)[1].

1835: Performed by Tot Nut en Vermaak in De Liefhebbery Tooneel Cape Town on 19 June, as afterpiece to De Verzoening, of De Broedertwist ("The reconciliation, or the brotherly strife") (Von Kotzebue)
