Biography

Contribution to Theatre and Performance in South Africa

He has written one-act plays, such as Rooikaart, Die uwe, Pottie Potgieter (later rewritten and broadcast on SABC2 as sitcom), Die Klaagliedere van ds Tienie Benadé, Wyk 14 and has expressed the intention to focus on the genre. The actor Frank Opperman has performed in productions of these plays.
