Claudia is a comedy in three acts developed by American writer and playwright Rose Franken [1] (1895-1988) from her novel with the same title, written circa 1939.

The novel Claudia was originally published by W.H. Allen in 1946.

Performance history in South Africa

Presented by the Brian Brooke Company at the Hofmeyr Theatre, Cape Town, in 1947 with Johannesburg actress Sheila Lawrence in the title role opposite Brian Brooke.
