Career

She has collaborated with Lara Foot Newton on Equus (1991), Times of the Sign (PACT, 1993), Victoria Almost Falls (Grahamstown 1994), Karaoke and Me {Playhouse Company 1995), Wombtide (Market Theatre 1995), Oxygen by Art Attack (Market Theatre 1996, The Crucible (Market Theatre 1996).

Catherine Henegan graduated from Wits Drama School in 1992. She has designed several productions for the Market Theatre, including The Crucible, Endgame, Wombtide and Woman in Spirit. In 1995 she won the regional Vita Award for best set design in Karaoke & Me. She has worked extensively with Dogtroep, a Dutch theatre company.
