Theatre reviewer for S’Ketsh (*??). He wrote a review of the South African Black Theatre Union's first national theatre festival in 1972.

He was minister of Education and Culture, for the “coloured” chamber of the ** SA government until January 1988.

He did the decor for The Perfect Alibi (1944), appeared on stage in The Tragedy of Nan (1945),
