Career is a play in three acts by American playwright James Henry Lee (1923?-2002)[].

The play deals with a young man trying to get ahead on the stage and opened in 1957 Off Broadway.

Performance history in South Africa

1958: Presented by the Johannesburg Repertory Players at the Alexander Theatre, diected by Leonard Schach, February 1958. In the cast were Ivan Berold, Leon Gluckman, Joyce Grant, Arthur Hall, Robert Lang, Doreen Mantle, Gertrude Miles.
