Captain Harvey (fl. mid 19th century) was a British military officer, possibly of the 99th Regiment (Lanarkshire), and an amateur performer.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

While stationed in Cape Town he appeared in a benefit performance for the Somerset Hospital (Theatre Royal, 4 and 5 March, 1867) and in the years 1868-1869, he helped out with performances of the Lanarkshire Dramatic Club.
