Captain Burton (fl. mid 19th century) was a British military officer in the 99th Regiment (Lanarkshire), and an amateur performer.

Not to be confused with Harry Burton

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

While stationed in Cape Town in the years 1868-1869, he helped out with performances of the Lanarkshire Dramatic Club.
