The Cape Town Fringe (or the Cape Town Fringe Festival)is The Cape Town Fringe is a festival of Grahamstown Festival highlights, founded in 2014. It is project-managed by the National Arts Festival. The City of Cape Town is the Host Sponsor, while Standard Bank is the Presenting Sponsor of the event. The aim is to allow Capetonians to view more of South Africa's emerging and established theatre-makers.
