The Cape Town Fringe (or the Cape Town Fringe Festival)is a festival of Grahamstown Festival highlights, founded in 2014 by the Grahamstown Festival organizers in conjunction with the City of Cape Town and Standard Bank. The aim is to allow Capetonians to view more of South Africa's emerging and established theatre-makers.
