An annual city-wide festival of arts, taking place in various venues during March. The existing festival came into being in 2001, having grown out of the One City Many Cultures initiative, launched 1999 by Ryland Fisher, during his tenure as editor of the Cape Times, with the aim of achieving cultural, religious and racial tolerance, through a celebration of culture and creativity.
