Cactus Flower (original title in French Fleur de cactus) by Pierre Barillet (born 1923) and Jean-Pierre Grédy (born 1920). A dentist pretends to be married to avoid commitment, but when he falls for his girlfriend and proposes, he must recruit his lovelorn nurse to pose as his wife.

Translated into Afrikaans by Nerina Ferreira titled As die Turksvy Blom (When the Prickly Pear Flowers). Full-length. Cast: mixed. (Available at Dalro, http://www.dalro.co.za/). Presented by PACT Afrikaans Drama in the State Theatre in October 1982; PACOFS in 1983 (starring Anton Dekker).
