A play on child abuse, AIDS and TB, devised by the actors and directed by Zakes Mda at the Market Theatre Laboratory in 1995, with funding from Glaxo-Wellcome and the Community Theatre Development Trust. Performed by five professional actors and the children at the several hundred schools they visited, assisted on site by professional and lay community counsellors, the play allows for the audience members to articulate and confront their own experiences. Set up in 1995, it originally toured schools in Katlehong township. By 1998 it had created affiliates in various other local areas. .*
