The Bijou Troupe was a visiting company of professional variety performers.

They apparently originated from somewhere in the East, and consisted of only two performers, Madame Julie and Monsieur Raymond, supported by local amateurs from Cape Town. They performed in the city from February to March 1870, doing two shows in the Oddfellows' Hall in February and two plays, The Rough Diamond and The Swiss Cottage, in the Institute Building on 20 March.

Not much more is known about them and nothing further is heard of them.
