Later known as the Constantiaberg Theatre Players

The inspiration of Jack Friedman, this society was founded in 1953 to entertain a new community. For many years its venue was the Moth Hall, Bergvliet, where its productions and annual pantomime were very popular, but but later presented the plays at the Masque Theatre in Muizenberg. In an effort to gain a permanent home it changed its name to Constantiaberg Theatre Players, but without success, and it is likely to revert to the old name**.
