Ben Blanckenberg (1926-1990) was a Cape Town actor, stage, radio and dubbing director.


Biography

He was married to Sidonie and the couple had 5 children.


His contribution ot South African theatre, film, media and performance

A pioneer dubbing director in South African TV, and head of TV dubbing services at the SABC in Cape Town, till his retirement in 1987, he won three Artes Awards for his work.

His stage work included

TV acting included the series Sagmoedige Neelsie (1984),
