Barnaby Brittle, or A Wife at Her Wit's End is a farce in two acts by Thomas Betterton (1635?-1710)[].

The original text

It is a later adaptation of Betterton's Amorous Widow, which in turn was adapted from Moliere's George Dandin. First performed in this form at the Theatre-Royal, Covent-Garden. Published in London by G. Kearsly, 1782.
