Automatic Pilot is a play in two acts by Canadian playwright Erika Ritter (born 1948) [1].

Synopsis: A stand-up comic discovers that unhappiness is the source of her creative and comic powers. An expose of modern relationships. Winner, 1980 Chalmers Canadian Play Award. Performance history in South Africa

1982: Performed in the Baxter Studio (a S.R.O. production) in 1982, directed by Jacqui Singer, starring Maralin Vanrenen, Fred Abrahamse, Derek Lyndon, Peter Krummeck.
