Auntie Mame by Patrick Dennis, adapted for the stage by Jerome Lawrence and Robert E. Lee. First performed on Broadway in 1956, directed by Morton da Costa and starring Rosalind Russel. First produced in South Africa at the Brooke Theatre in 1965, directed by Taubie Kushlick, costumes by Adam Leslie and Shirley Hepburn in the title role.
