The original text

Set in a girls school hostel, the play was first performed in 1950 and published in Kerse Teen die Wind: Tien Eenbedrywe by J.L. van Schaik, 1950.


It was later renamed Die Nefie Kom Kuier! and published in Die Nôientjie het Planne! Vier Ligte Eenakters (1969).
