Training
He studied for four years at the Waterfront Theatre School in Cape Town under the direction of Delia Sainsbury and Keith Galloway, qualifying with distinctions in both dance and drama in 1996.
Career
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
He went on a South African tour of West Side Story in the role of Diesel. In The King and I at the Pretoria State Theatre, Andreas danced the roles of George and the Angel. He then went to Sun City to dance in Beyond Belief prior to sharing the dance role of Dream Curly in the musical Oklahoma!. In 1998 he had a role in Summer Holiday.
