He has taken part in various national school tours of Shakespearean works including King Lear, Macbeth, Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, Twelfth Night and Othello. His television work includes roles in Sexy Girls, Beelde, Vuurtoring and Zap-Zap, and he has appeared in the German feature film Of Love and Death. André was last seen at the Baxter when he performed in the PlayGround performed reading and later performance of Shirley, Goodness and Mercy (Baxter 2007).

Worked for CAPAB: Kinkels Innie Kabel, Die Tou, Die Park and Elizabeth I. Children's show: Jack and the Beanstalk, Cinderella and various others. To Kill a Mickingbird. Worked for PACOFS, the Baxter and the Space. Has done TV and radio work. Played the role of Snug in A Midsummer Night's Dream at Maynardville in 1995.
