1962: First produced by Children’s Theatre in 1962. Directed by Ricky Arden, with music by Arthure Evans, decor by Bruce Palmer, costumes and animal designs by Heather MacDonald Rouse and stage management by Deon Glover. The cast consisted of June Hern (Amelia), Joe Stewardson (James), Olive Wright (Mrs. Noah), Dianna Harris (Cloth Lion), Frank Douglass (Major Chutney), David Apelbaum (Sambo), Rigby Foster (Crocodile Sam) and Milton Braak (Sailor).
