Alta Miller (1944-) is a costume designer and potter.


Biography

Born Sophia Albertina Miller, the daughter of James Edmund Miller and Anna Johanna (Dolly) Miller. However is professionally known as "Alta".

Met André P. Brink when his play Kinkels in die Kabel (an Afrikaans adaptation of A Comedy of Errors) was performed in Bloemfontein by PACT. They married married on July 17, 1970 and have two children, Danie Brink and Sonja Kershaw (Brink). They later divorced.


Career

Resident Costume Designer PACOFS in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
