Presented by Pieter Toerien, directed by Rex Garner, first performance in South Africa Friday 21 December 1990 at the Theatre on the Bay. The cast: Bill Flynn as Hercule Poirot, John Whiteley, Dennis Folbigge and Mike Thompson alternating as Sir Roger Ackroyd, Neville Thomas, Alan Swerdlow, George Korelin, Alistair Prodgers, Guy de Lancey, Eleni Cousins, Christobel D'Orthez, Michelle Scott, Patricia Sanders.
