Was Principal of the Dance Department at the Performing Arts Workshop and Artistic Director of the Dance Theatre Company (1984-1987), founder and director of the Free Flight Dance Company (1987-) in Johannesburg. Later moved to Cape Town with an offshoot of Freeflight, working with Cape Town City Ballet, Dance for All, Jikeleza and various other dance communities and projects and has continuous involvement in corporate productions and with the Cape Town Opera and Zip Zap Circus.
