Biography

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

Co-founder, with Maria de Koker, of the Bloemfontein based Heidedal Drama Group (Heidram) in 1981.

Plays written and/or directed include Dit Laat Mens Dink (“It makes one think”), Vumani Bo! Siyavuma! (“Do you believe it? Yes, I believe it!”) and Hanskind van die Bos, a play based on Dalene Matthee’s Fiela se Kind (“Fiela’s Child”).
