Biography
Born in Zambia.
Training
Studied at the University of Cape Town and completed a diploma in Drama and Presentation at City Varsity. Abena moved to Johannesburg in 1999.

Stage
Her stage debut was as "Claudia" in Honour (Pieter Toerien, 2004).
Television
Played "Lerato" in the TV soap Generations.
