1903: Performed on tour in South Africa by a company led by Lewis Waller and his wife Florence West, under the management of the Wheeler Brothers, inter alia appearing at the Good Hope Theatre, Cape Town.
1946: Presented by the Cape Town Repertory Theatre Society, produced by Leonard Schach in the Little Theatre, December 1946. The cast consisted of Joyce Burch, Barbara Barton Smith, Billie Jones, Dorothy Felbert, Minna Millsten, Ivor Jones, Cecil Jubber, June Neville, Tom Price, Basil Warner. Settings designed by Cecil Pym.
1995: A Rhodes University Drama Department in March-April was directed by David Alcock and Stacy Hardy for graduation in March-April 1995, starring David Alcock, Nan Hamilton, Tamara Guhrs, Kay Johnson and others.
